I used a MacPro 2019 with Ventura and the Entec firmware 1.3 and I used QLC+ (V 4.13.1).
If you need more than one DMX /Artnet Controller, the Farb licht Labor (Marcus Pericin) has a USB-A Version of it, its a bit easier to access the lights with it.
If you want to work with the ArtNet Adapter, it’s important that both the Mac as well as the Entec -2/5 have fix IP Adresses and Subnetmasks. I connected both with a CAT7 RJ45 (optitrack Patchcable), although Cat5+ should work.
Mac 10.101.0.121 / 255.255.255.0
Entec 10.101.0.120 / 255.255.255.0
Very important is that QLC has a default universe number 0, Net2/3 has universe number 1 by default. Set the “primary” of the dmx output to 0 in the menu.
Go to menu > 4. Set DMX Port > 01. DMX Port 1 > 07. Primary > 000 (instead of 001)

In QLC+ You use the bottom register to navigate to Inputs/Outputs and select the ArtNet Device with the previously entered IP Adress as your output.
Now you need to add a new fixture, this depends on what you have available.
I used the Arri SkyPannels and Hera Spots from the Leihs and I created these fixtures already, you can download my file to work with them.
